cekodok pisang

nah. update ringkas2 je. tadi buat cekodok pisang sebab ari tu tengah chat2 dgn mak, mak cakap mak tengah makan kodok pisang. jadi uh, teringin gile !

am not sure bout the English name for this food actually. but should i call it banana ball fritters? hee

so tadi kua town terus beli pisang. and tadaaaaa !

ignore the shape. next time i'll make it more gebu gedempol. i just use two bananas and mix it with flour, sugar, salt and milk. not sure, but i found some of the recipes they didn't put on milk.

but whatever it is, it taste great ! yummy nom nom. and ate it all myself ahah ! ;D

am not that confidence yet to give to others cause yeah; to be honest this is the first time i make cekodok pisang. yeah i know. but please, don't laugh or whatever heee. I'm still trying to learn how to cook. for my family, friends, myself aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand my future husband? hik :p and ha! my future mertua, perhaps?

Macaroni Cheese !

hi ya !!! yeah, i made Macaroni Cheese ! i mean, yeah... it's a homemade lah.

i know i once asik post pasal nak makan itu ini. rather than seksa nafsu je kan tengok gambar makanan sedap so why not i try to make it kan? so at last i decided from now on im gonna start to post about my homemade food; and of course which i made it myself ! no cheating ! ;D
 

 

not sure the picture gonna make u believe or not yang macaroni ni hehehehe, agak sedap la jugak. out of my expectation ! ha gitu ! ;D

resipi cheese sauce:

butter

flour

milk

salt and black pepper for seasoning

and cheese of course !

thats it ! not as difficult as i thought. nak kasi berapa banyak amount nak kena letak tak berani lah. coz i just main agak2 sendiri je. well actually this is the original recipe :

well actually the sauce without cheese is already uuuuuummmmpph ! i didn't put on that nutmeg cause i don't have one. but it does still taste great!

dah siap white sauce letak cheese. any cheese is fine. cheese slices tu pon boleh. then potong2 sikit biar die senang nak melt. kalau tanak potong pon boleh je. cheese tu agak2 la letak banyak mana. better letak sikit2 then rasa cukup tak. sebab kalau dah terlampau banyak cheese nanti rasa muak sangat.

and yeah, u have save your money instead of buying that ready-to-eat-macaroni-cheese.

ni sume psl tgk cite Chocolat (2000) pelakon : Juliette Binoche & Johnny Depp. Gile lama si Depp berlakon, ni umur brp skrg aku tak tau la tp rs die cm dh tua tp cm muke die serupa gitu je i mean takdak nmpk uban die pon?  ok bkn nk cite psl JD tp psl movie tu cerita psl coklat yg perempuan tu buat, buat org jadi semacam feeling. pastu dorg jd mcm ummmphhhh happy gitu.

for me mcm boleh la cite die. tgk cite ni yg buat rs membuak2 nak mkn coklat tuih oih. pastu psl cam sedih gak psl ari tu kemain smgt kn beli kotak buat choc chip tu last2 leka jadi lah coklat chip 'black' version. patutnye kena smpai brown je. tapi boleh la makan. tapi makan sorg2 ah nak kasi orang takdenye. yg sedap2 je la nnt kasi kawan2 housemates sume cam konon2 kite pandai masak :P

pastu cm angan2 lah konon nak buat chocolate sendiri jugak pastu cam nnt kasi orang makan then nnt diorang mesti cm jatuh hati gitu ar. pastu boleh la nnt nak bukak kilang cam Charlie & Chocolate Factory. eheh. pastu last2 jumpe lah video ni kat youtube. looks simple yet delicious ! nama die pon kemain noty chocolate gitu aih...

memang senang ar nak buat chocolate flakes tuh. urghhhh terliur ah lagi aku chocoholic habis. paling suke dark chocolate uih mmg sdp. aku lagi suke org kasi chocolate dari kasi teddy bear. heh. tapi aku tak suke chocolate yg ada kacang! rs mcm penghapus rasa enak chocolate tu yow -___-" 

"Petit Pain au Chocolat"

yg atas ni nama melayu die eden tak tau. nama omputih pon lg lah tak tau. tp kalau search google mmg boleh dapat. yg ni mmg my all time favaret. Rasa cm ada duit lebih beli la kat Tesco. kalau takde duit beli yg butter croissant pnye jelah.

ha ni lagi gile favaret sepanjang hidup! mmg ummmpppphhh gilak lah! memang mcm owmagaadd! masa makan mula2 dulu mata uih terbeliak pastu tutup mata smbil jilat2 jari feeling abis. gile mmg sdp enak lemak berkrim nk kata sedap camana lg tak tau aih! tengah2 die ada whipped cream atas die coklat. tp takde lah beli selalu sbb ni cm namanye nafsu pastu boleh buat gemok, kot la kan. thanks gila kat kwn aku KhadijahRosli psl die lah yg dok suruh aku try bnde alah ni ^^

akibat senaraikan bnde alah ni, rasa lapaaaaaaar, kempunan terliuq sume ada.

AAAAARGHHHHHHHH ~

ok. kesimpulannya esok bangun awal dalam pukul 8-9 masak pancake before pergi open house Balai Malaysia Newcastle pukul 10 am. then makan lagi untuk lunch pukul 12pm. then makan petang pukul 2pm. pukul 4pm dah maghrib, dah nak gelap dah jadi masak lagi untuk dinner (eh dinner ke nama nye? baru pukul 4, tp dah gelap? ah belasah). pastu pukul 6pm mesti lapar balik. sehingga lah kelewat malam. tiap dua jam lapar pekehe? argh dah tak terurus dah waktu makan. dah lebih dari 6 kali makan dalam sehari.

lemak pulak tak tebal. forecast for next week tgk dah nak snow dah. 

or what i can say, my brain is now full of food; and i m out of my normal thinking rite now.

Raya Overseas Pun Dapat Duit.

HAHAHA. percaya tak raya overseas dapat duit raya jugak? ok, tipu. hik. SIGH.

last sunday ada open house Balai Malaysia Newcastle. so dapat makan free je pon cukup even tak dpt duit raya. makan banyak sampai perut buncit pon tak perlu peduli sbb pakai baju kurung tak la nampak. HEH HEH . then tadi sempat jugak kenal orang2 melayu di Newcastle. got new friends etc blablabla. HEHE. jadi rasa homesick dah takde sgt. teehehe. ok dah, malas nak cerita banyak jadi tengok gmba je k.
